WEBSITE	The e-PRO designation is NAR's online training program to certify real estate professionals as Internet Professionals. Comprehensive and interactive with other successful real estate professionals who are taking the course at the same time you are. e-PRO is the only designation program of its kind recognized nationwide and endorsed by the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® (NAR).
WEBSITE	The Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR®) designation is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. This coveted designation is awarded to real estate practitioners by the Real Estate BUYER'S AGENT Council (REBAC) of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® who meet the specified educational and practical experience criteria.
	An arrangement by which real estate brokers place their listings together so that all members of the multiple-listing service have an opportunity to sell properties listed by other members of the service. The original or ‘listing’ broker obtains an exclusive right to sell and then agrees to supply details of the listed property to all members of the service, usually through a central office operated by a local real estate board or association.
